About eCornell
This Cornell NutritionWorks course was developed using a course delivery technology and instructional design framework provided by eCornell. eCornell partners with Cornell University to deliver professional development programs that are designed by renowned faculty from the highly-rated Johnson Graduate School of Management, School of Hotel Administration, and School of Industrial and Labor Relations. All courses are led by subject-matter experts at the top of their fields, who facilitate skill transfer and personalize the learning experience for each participant.
